This one’s my first installment of Vancouver, Stanley Park images. I’m fond of this one because I want to go up those stairs and get into the magic forest. Hey! Wait a minute. I did that!
Today, a look back at my Sydney stay in December 2008. This image is from downtown Sydney, where Victorian meets with Futuristic every other corner. I just loved the statue and its casual, relaxed pose in the middle of Sydney’s business hubbub.
In the ongoing series of Montreal images, this one’s all about the brick construction and straight stairs. A typical view in the greater Montreal area.
This image is from my Montreal collection of images.
Another one of my “Nature Overcomes Man” images. Stumps grow shoots and start over. Wonderful visual of life overcoming cement. I hope you like it.
Today’s image is from an inner courtyard, in a Mexican hacienda. The crossed paths, with the cross in the background, were just too inviting for me to resist. As usual, both 600 x 400 and detail jpegs below. Thanks for visiting.
Another nice and colourful housefront on the Plateau Mont-Royal, in Montreal. There’s the usual 600 x 400 jpeg and detail below.
Every year in July the Montreal Jazz Festival attracts musicians and music lovers from around the world. This image is from the Place des Arts set where strollers can stop and rest a bit before the next show.
