From a springtime walkabout in my home neighborhood a few years back.
Springtime in Montreal, Plateau Mont-Royal
Unfortunately missing the sweetness of the air and the smell of flowers and freshly cut grass. This is a springtime take on the theme.
From the greater Montreal area, a public space caught my eye. The flowers surrounding those big flat rocks simply charmed me.
This is one of a number of studies I’m making on colour in the natural world. I also submitted it for a Pantone image competition.
An unusual angle because I got taken with the feather-like clouds behind the church.
Tulips crowd a city-managed public area in Rosemere, near Montreal.
This one’s from my favourite city ;o) Another one of those magnificently landscaped tiny footprint nature oasis one can find on the Plateau.
